All repairs must be called into the repair line at

When
Messages are retrieved Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Repairs are handled according to the nature of the problem.

If you are not contacted by one of our maintenance personnel within 72 hours after leaving the message, please call our office directly.
Sewer/Drain Issue

If you are experiencing an emergency outside of normal business hours, please call our emergency number at (209) 862-8085.
VFT uses private contractors for all plugged sewers. Residents will be billed for all drain clearing issues, except tree roots and shared main lines.
