Application

Requirements

  • All parties 18 years of age or older must fill out separate applications
  • All applicants must be met in person prior to acceptance
  • Applicants cannot have any evictions within their rental history
  • Monthly income must be 3 times the rental amount; income must be verifiable
  • Rental and payment history (present and prior) for all applicants will be verified; relatives will not be considered as rental references
  • A credit report will be obtained for each applicant; all credit history will be taken into consideration for approval of residency
  • An additional $500.00 will be required for all approved pets (25 lbs. maximum mature weight); no large dogs allowed
  • No co-signers will be allowed; double deposit will be required in some instances
  • The security deposit and first month’s rent must be paid by cashier’s check or money order
  • A photo ID and proof of income is required for all applications
  • Incomplete applications where information cannot be verified will automatically disqualify the applicant
  • A holding deposit will be required when the application is approved; this is a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to your required security deposit at the time of move in or for cleaning and damages
