Requirements
- 30 Day Notice: A 30 day notice is required and must be submitted in writing no less than 30 days before moving out. If unit is vacated before the 30 days are up, the resident will still be charged for the full 30 days. The 30 day term will begin on the date that the notice is received.
- Cleaning: If cleaning is necessary, the tenant will be charged. Tenants are responsible for cleaning regardless of time spent in unit.
- Carpets: Carpets must be cleaned by a professional company and a receipt must be submitted when the keys are returned to the office. If carpets are damaged beyond the ability to be cleaned, the tenant will be charged to replace them.
- Damages: If there are any damages beyond regular wear and tear, the tenant will be charged to repair or replace what was damaged.
- Painting: Paint is pro-rated on a three year basis. If painting is necessary, tenants will be charged according to the amount of hours needed to complete the job.
- Trash: Any items left behind after vacating the property will be hauled away at the tenant’s expense.
- Yards: Yards must be cut and cleaned before keys are returned or else the tenant will be charged for the work required.
