Important Legal Notice

1. Within thirty (30) days after the service of this notice, I will vacate and deliver possession of the premises to landlord or:

2. I understand:

a. That a thirty day notice is required by section 1946 of California Civil Code for month to month and by my rental agreement.

b. That the security deposit cannot be used as a last month's rent. Rent is payable up to and including the final date of possession or thirty (30) days after the service of this notice to manager, whichever is later.

c. A Thirty Day Notice of Intent to Vacate does not relinquish Resident from any obligation of the lease, including payment to the end of the lease term. Resident's possession of the apartment remains in effect until all belongings are removed and all keys returned.

d. Within 21 days after I return keys, the Landlord will furnish me a written statement and explanation of any deduction from the deposit, refund of the remaining amount.
